Join Capitol Opera Princeton/Trenton for an afternoon of German songs. Local musicians will perform some of the most famous and loved german songs, also known as lieder, from composers like Wagner, Strauss, and C. Schumann.
The concert will feature Wagner’s famous Wesendonck Lieder with piano, voice, and strings.
Featured performers will include acclaimed international pianist Kyle Walker, violin soloist Katherine Dennis, international cellist Steve Kramer, and award winning soprano Sarai Cole.
This concert is a fundraiser for Capitol Opera Princeton/Trenton’s upcoming season. The goal of this new branch of Capitol Opera Companies Inc. (a non-profit/501(c)(3) corporation) is to continue to bring affordable classical music & opera to the communities it serves. Join them for an afternoon of beautiful music.
